On February 1, 2018, Netlfix released its new sci-fi series, Altered Carbon, followed by a premier after-party in Los Angeles, CA. Guests were transported into a futuristic, drug inspired world (a fictional Bay City) and even had the opportunity to get inked by celebrity tattoo artist Mister Cartoon.
